Cadman Screeding & Underfloor Heating successfully carried out at circa £750k package of works on refurbishment of Manchester Business School between in 2018. They provided us with full-time supervision resource along with consistent labour. The package of works included slab insulation, plant bases, tying in new and existing screeds, new sand and cement screeds, levelling a complex staircase, movement joints, flowing screeds and an underfloor heating system the size of the football pitch.

From tender to completion, Cadman was a professional, approachable business who represented the screed market with Honours.
